RATES AND RESERVATIONS
All rates are based on double occupancy and include a continental breakfast buffet, a beer or glass of wine during our Evening Social, wireless internet access, local and domestic long distance phone calls and limited onsite parking (limited to one vehicle per guestroom, no trailers, buses, campers etc). Additional parking is available on street overnight as well as all day on weekends, and paid parking is available in the public garage across the street. All of our guest rooms sleep a maximum of 2 guests in either 1 queen or 2 twin beds.

Our room rates vary depending on time of year and special event dates.
All rates displayed are subject to 13% sales & tourist tax.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment.
Check-in Hours
Check-in: 3 pm - 9 pm
Check-out: 11 am
Please notify us if expecting to arrive any later than 9 pm, as we do not have a 24 hour desk.
Late check-outs, if available, at an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to existing reservations (reducing length of stay) are free of charge if cancelled/changed by 2 pm ET, 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations and changes received after the cut off date and time will result in a 1 night room and tax charge to the guests' credit card on file. Stricter cancellation policies may apply during special events and for group bookings of 5 rooms or more. Please inquire at time of booking.
We strictly enforce our cancellation policy. We recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect the investment made in their travel plans.
Reservation Policies

- 2 night minimum stay required for all weekends
- a minimum stay of up to 4 nights may be required during special event dates
- a valid credit card is necessary to secure your reservation
- a deposit of 1 night plus tax may apply for special event dates
- no refunds for late check-ins or early departures
- total balance is due at time of check-in
- a security deposit of $100 is due at check-in if paying in cash
- all guests must be 21 years or older - parents traveling with children are the exception
- our hotel is for registered guests only
- we regret that we cannot accommodate your pet or emotional support animal
