Mask Policy Update August, 2021: We are following CDC guidelines. As the situation changes continuously, we appreciate your understanding that we may require ALL guests (vaccinated or not) to wear proper facemasks in our common areas if recommended to do so by the CDC.
We at The Inn On Third have our team members' and guests' health and safety on our minds 24/7 during these trying times.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and in order to do so we understand you need to feel not only comfortable, but also safe.
Besides washing and sanitizing our hands regularly, and requiring masks to be worn as recommended by the CDC, we have outlined additional efforts below to ensure our guests' and team members' health.

What can we do to earn your business once you decide to venture out into the world of travel again?
Housekeeping and General Cleaning
All commonly touched surfaces in our common areas will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule and additionally as needed.
While we have always implemented strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures by our housekeeping team, we are using additional products, and are spending more time in each room, to maximize our efforts.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
For everyone's safety we have a plexi-glass shield installed at the front desk, in order to communicate safely with our guests at check-in, check-out and whenever you wish to speak to us in person.
We will sanitize key cards after every use.
A hand sanitizer dispenser is placed at the Front Desk for guest use.
Breakfast and Evening Social
Our continental breakfast has returned to its pre-pandemic setup and offerings. Hand sanitizer is offered and we ask our guests to please make use of it prior to helping themselves.
Our Evening Social will be offered from 5 pm - 7 pm. We welcome you to stop by the lobby for a beer or glass of wine on us.
You may use our lobby sitting areas to enjoy your breakfast or Evening Social beverage. Please be respectful of other guests' comfort level in regards to social distancing.
