The Inn On Third's COVID-19 Response
We at The Inn On Third have our team members' and guests' health and safety on our minds 24/7 during these trying times.
We want you to enjoy your stay with us, and in order to do so we understand you need to feel not only comfortable, but also safe.
Besides washing and sanitizing our hands regularly, and wearing masks when interacting with our guests face to face, we have outlined additional efforts below to ensure our guests' and team members' health during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Cloth face coverings that cover the nose and mouth (masks, bandanas, scarfs, etc.) are required to be worn by all guests and team members when in our lobby and hallways. In accordance with the ADA, we are open to modifications to this mandate should you be unable to wear a cloth face covering. In this case, a full face shield may be worn instead of a cloth face covering. Please, contact us in advance should you need to discuss further modifications to our mask policy.

Housekeeping and General Cleaning
All commonly touched surfaces in our common areas will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule and additionally as needed.
Our goal is to block guestrooms anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after the previous guests departure, before returning it into rotation. We strive to apply this strategy as long as reservation loads permit. We will do our best to minimize "back to back rentals" of our guest rooms.
While we have always implemented strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures by our housekeeping team, we are using additional products, and are spending more time in each room, to maximize our efforts. Additionally, housekeepers will wash hands between guest rooms/wear fresh gloves for each guest room.
To ensure our team members and guests safety we are not offering daily house keeping services. Fresh towels and toiletries can be requested at the front desk during regular desk hours.
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
For everyone's safety we have a plexi-glass shield installed at the front desk, in order to communicate safely with our guests at check-in, check-out and whenever you wish to speak to us in person.
We will sanitize pens and key cards after every use.
Automatic, touchless, hand sanitizer dispensers are placed at the Front Desk as well as at our coffee station.
We will sanitize our hands before and after handling your guest room keys, credit/debit card and ID.
Breakfast and Evening Social
The safety regulations in effect due to COVID-19, are limiting our food and beverage offerings.
Until further notice, we may not serve our continental breakfast buffet.
We will be offering limited options of breakfast items, which we will plate for you in our kitchen, for you to enjoy in our lobby (space permitting) or take to your room.
Included in our current breakfast options (and subject to change depending on availability of items) will be mini pastries, bananas, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and OJ. Complimentary fresh coffee is available every morning in our lobby, and bottled water and sodas are for sale at $1 each in our lobby fridge.
Our Evening Social will be offered from 5 pm - 7 pm. We welcome you to stop by the front desk for a beer or glass of wine on us.
You may use our lobby sitting areas to enjoy your breakfast or Evening Social beverage, but please help us ensure social distancing by staying at least 6 feet from other guests not in your personal group.
